Our courier partners have been selected for their reputation, ratings and responsibility credentials and those that are fully aligned with our commitment to minimising our negative impact across everything we do.

We display shipping to the United Kingdom, if you'd like shipping arranged to another region please contact us at hello@vitruvium.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery Charges

As your order is unique, the costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight, location and destination of your chosen piece. As our items can be fragile we take the utmost care to package appropriately.

The costs of delivery within United Kingdom will be calculated and displayed in your order summary before confirming your purchase.  By confirming your purchase, you are accepting the cost of delivery that you have been quoted. You will also receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and delivery costs once your order has been placed. If you choose to cancel your order after your purchase has already been dispatched for delivery, the costs of delivery are non-refundable.

In case of a return, the costs of delivery to you are non-refundable and you are liable for return delivery costs to us, unless we find that the item was damaged in transportation or we deem the product description inaccurate or misleading.

We can not be held responsible if an item of furniture can not gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. We strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making your purchase.

Vitruvium is not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties.

The costs of delivery are charged to the same payment method used to make your purchase. This information will be displayed in your summary and order confirmation email, and can vary depending on which courier we are working with to fulfil your order.

Delivery timings

Depending on your location, the size of the item and courier availability, the time to arrange and complete your delivery may vary.
